Armageddon gaming kiosk: faceted red-and-gold pavilion in a mall atrium

Armageddon Gaming Kiosk: A Faceted Red-and-Gold Pavilion, from the 2014 Concept to 2026 Visuals

Location: Mall kiosk concept · Year: 2014, revisited 2026

A gaming brand does not want a counter; it wants an object people photograph. Armageddon’s mall kiosk was designed in 2014 as a faceted pavilion: angled shell panels in gold and black, red structural lines like circuit traces, LED strips along the base and the brand emblem lit over the entrance, so it is recognised from the upper floors of an atrium as much as from the walkway.

The shell

The pavilion is a plan of roughly four by four metres with two open sides. The shell panels fold over the top to make the canopy, so structure, signage and enclosure are one piece. Product walls sit on the inside faces of the pylons and the counter faces the walkway.

Elevations

The four elevations from the 2014 drawing set: counter height, glass front, the lettering on the pylons and the rear service side. They were drawn for a kiosk contractor to price the steel frame and the composite panels.

2026: the same model, in context

In 2026 we re-visualised the original model inside a mall atrium to show it at scale, with the lighting and reflections a mall floor gives it. Nothing in the geometry changed; only the way it is presented.

Scope

  • Concept design and 3D visuals
  • Plan, elevations and sections for the kiosk contractor
  • Signage, lighting and material specification
  • 2026 in-context visualisation from the original model
