Company Profile Design: Four Profiles for Marketing, ERP, AI and Technology Companies
Company profile design for four companies in four industries: 63 pages in English and Arabic, for screens and for print.
The project at a glance
A company profile is the document a sales team sends after the first call and leaves on the table after the first meeting. Kenania designed these four profiles for very different companies: a marketing agency in Dubai, an Odoo ERP and accounting consultancy in Al Khobar, a low-current and IT contractor in the UAE, and an AI customer-communication platform. Each company profile design started from the same question: what does this buyer need to see, in which order, before they agree to a second meeting?

Cello Media: a marketing agency that has to look like its own work
Cello Media is a creative marketing and branding agency based in Dubai. An agency’s company profile design is judged twice: for what it says, and as a sample of the agency’s own taste. Cello Media’s 16 landscape pages therefore carry a single idea from cover to back: a navy ribbon that loops around the Burj Khalifa on the About page, frames the mission and the values, and runs under every service. Navy and a warm beige are the only colours; everything else comes from photography and product mockups.

The services read as a menu a client can point at. Logo and Branding lists logo design, business cards, company profiles, brochures and flyers, stationery and visual identity, each with its own line icon. Social Media Management lists reels and posters, Instagram audits, content creation, campaigns, account management and photography. Website Design, Photography and Video Production, and an offer for integrating 3CX with a CRM follow, then partners, a wall of client logos and the contact page.

Chat on WhatsAppERADATK: an ERP consultancy explained in eleven pages
ERADATK provides Odoo implementation, IT consulting and professional accounting services in the Middle East, under the line «Streamlined Finance, Clear Vision». The company profile design uses dark slate with one electric green, taken from the rising bar in the logo, and keeps the profile short: eleven landscape pages, opened by a numbered contents list so a finance manager can jump straight to the part they care about.

The Odoo apps map was the hardest page to design. Odoo has dozens of apps, and a list of names means little to a buyer, so the page groups them by department: website, human resources, sales, finance, inventory and manufacturing, productivity, services, marketing and customisation, each a green node with its apps beside it. Vision, mission and message share one page; values sit on a line diagram; «Why ERADATK» uses nine icons.
The profile closes with proof: success partners shown by their logos, and an Achievements page for 2024 with three figures, 55 projects, 30-minute free consultations and a 90% rate of project closeout and handover, set large over a photo of a team celebrating.

OmniLink by Aigent Zone: an Arabic profile for an AI product
OmniLink is a platform by Aigent Zone, an AI and tech solutions company in the UAE, that brings WhatsApp, calls, social messages and bookings into one dashboard with AI agents. Its company profile design is the longest of the four, 24 pages written in Arabic and laid out right to left. A friendly 3D robot appears on the key pages so the product has a face, and teal and blue on white keep long pages readable.

The company profile design follows a buyer’s doubts in order: the problem companies face when every channel is separate, the main features, the supported channels (3CX, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and the WhatsApp Business API), seven AI capabilities numbered across one page, then the sectors it serves, from clinics and gyms to hotels, restaurants, real estate and retail, with use cases for each.
How it works is drawn as six steps on a half-circle, the business benefits and the dashboard follow, then three packages (Basic, Growth and Enterprise), the available add-ons drawn as a tree, the implementation phases and a call to action.

Smartech Solutions: an A4 profile for a contractor
Smartech Solutions Amjad is a UAE company for low-current services and IT solutions, with offices in Sharjah and Dubai. Contractors still print their profile and attach it to tenders, so this company profile design is A4 portrait, twelve pages in deep navy with a fine network of lines and dots, and service pages built as icon lists that an engineer can scan in seconds.

Low Current Services runs across three pages: home automation, builder work drawings, PVC and GI containment, cable management, structured cabling approved by Etisalat and du, CCTV approved by SIRA, SMATV, IPTV, audio and video intercoms, gate barriers, door access, testing and commissioning, and approvals from the authorities. IT Services and Cybersecurity follow with cloud computing, security solutions and custom software development.
A procurement team reading a contractor’s profile usually turns to the last pages first. In Smartech’s, they show authorised partners from Palo Alto, Hikvision, Kaspersky, Huawei, Cisco and others, a page of client logos, and contact details for both offices.
The bilingual company profile for Golden Potato, a chips brand near Damascus, is shown with the brand’s website and social media in the Golden Potato case study.

What a company profile design is for
A company profile moves a buyer from «who are these people?» to «let us talk again». It is read in a hurry, often on a phone, and often forwarded to someone who missed the first meeting. Each company profile design here therefore works at two speeds: the headings, figures and images tell the story to someone who only flips through, and the paragraphs answer the questions of someone who reads every line.
Each profile is also written for a particular reader: a finance manager comparing consultancies, a tender committee looking for approvals, a clinic owner asking whether a platform suits their sector. Every page has to answer a question that reader would ask, and a page that answers none is cut.
How we plan the pages of a company profile design
Every company profile design above was planned as a list of pages before any layout, with one message per page; a page that needs two headings of equal weight becomes two pages. The order follows a buyer’s questions and rarely changes. A cover with the logo and one line comes first, then a short About page.
Vision, mission and values take one or two pages. Services are grouped the way clients buy them, which is often different from the way the company is organised inside. The reasons to choose the company follow, with figures where possible, then the proof, and the last page gives contact details, a QR code and a clear next step.

Within that order each profile has its own emphasis. ERADATK needed the Odoo apps explained in terms a finance manager understands. OmniLink needed sectors and packages, because its buyer first asks whether the platform fits and then what it costs. Smartech needed approvals and partners, since tender committees start there, and Cello Media needed its own taste visible on every page.
Proof pages in company profile design
Proof pages hold partners, clients, approvals or figures, and they are the pages a careful buyer looks for. A figure says more than an adjective: ERADATK’s 55 projects in 2024 and its 90% rate of closeout and handover tell a buyer what «leading» never could. Smartech’s partner page lists Palo Alto, Hikvision, Kaspersky, Huawei and Cisco, and Cello Media’s profile ends on a wall of client logos. Only logos the company is allowed to show go on these pages.
Landscape for screens, A4 for print
The format is settled before any company profile design starts, because it changes every page after it. A landscape profile suits companies that send their file by email or WhatsApp and show it on a screen in meetings: it fills the screen and reads page by page, like a presentation. Cello Media, ERADATK and OmniLink are landscape.

A4 portrait suits companies that print the profile and attach it to technical offers and tenders, where it sits in a folder with other papers and is read with a pen in hand, which is why Smartech Solutions is A4. Print files carry a bleed, an extra margin trimmed off after printing so that colour reaches the edge, and type is sized to stay readable on a phone. Both formats can be delivered with the same content.

Chat on WhatsAppArabic and bilingual profiles
An Arabic company profile design cannot be made by flipping the English one. OmniLink was built right to left from the first layout, so its headings, numbering and diagrams all read from the right. A bilingual profile such as Golden Potato’s needs a different balance: Arabic on the right and English on the left at a similar size and weight, so that neither language looks like an appendix to the other.
Pictures that belong to each company
In each profile the pictures carry part of the message: the Burj Khalifa for a Dubai agency, a team celebrating the year’s results for ERADATK, a robot that gives an AI product a face, and a fine network of lines for a cabling contractor.

A company profile design also has to stay current. Services change, client lists grow and figures move, so the page system is built for updates: the achievements page can take new figures each year, the client wall has room for more logos, and a new service page can be added without breaking the layout.

Questions about company profile design
How many pages should a company profile have?
As many as the buyer needs and no more. These four run from 11 pages (ERADATK) to 24 (OmniLink): a consultancy can be explained briefly, while a software product with several sectors and packages needs more room.
Do you design company profiles in Arabic?
Yes. OmniLink’s profile is fully Arabic and right to left, and Golden Potato’s, shown in its own case study, is bilingual on every page. We lay out Arabic pages in Arabic from the first sketch, so headings, numbering and diagrams read right to left.
Should a company profile be landscape or A4?
Landscape suits profiles sent by email and shown on screens. A4 portrait suits companies that print and attach the profile to tenders, as Smartech Solutions does.
What do we need to provide?
Your logo, your services, any figures you can publish, partner and client logos you have permission to show, and photos of your work if you have them. We write the structure and can edit or rewrite the copy.
What files do we receive?
A print-ready PDF, a lighter PDF for email and WhatsApp, and the open design files on request.
